3-Ingredient Blueberry Jam

  • 2 cups Frozen Blueberries
  • 1-2 tbsp D'vash Date Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds


  1. In a medium sauce pan- warm the blueberries, date syrup and chia seeds until the mixture starts to bubble. Stirring consistently to ensure nothing sticks to the bottom of the pan. This should take about 10 minutes. 

  2. Once it's at a rolling boiling, carefully remove the pan from the heat and mash the mixture with a fork.

  3. Pour the jam into an airtight container or jar and pop it into the fridge until fully cooled.
