Single Serve Brownie Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Flaxmeal
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cashew Butter
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup *2 tbsp for a sweeter brownie
  • 3 tbsp Almond Flour
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Mini Chocolate Chips *make sure your chips are sugar free for paleo

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease a mini skillet (or small ramekin) with cooking spray.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk all the wet ingredients together. 

  3. Add in the dry ingredients (leaving out a few chocolate chips) and stir until just combined. (The dough should be very thick.

  4. Put your dough in the prepared skillet and press down until even. Top with the remaining chocolate chips and bake for 8-10 minutes. Don't overcook or it will be very dry!
