These high-protein no-bake bars are perfect for a pre or post workout snack! Each bar has over 10 grams of protein and only 2 grams of fat. (If you use 8 molds!)
You can make these in whatever mold you'd like! I'd just recommend using parchment paper or cooking spray if you're using a mold. You can use a muffin tin, loaf pan or just free-form the bars!
In your food processor, add the white beans, cashew butter, vanilla, Just Natural protein and salt. Process until completely smooth. You may need to scrape down the sides a few times.
Stir in the mini chocolate chips or place them in the bottom of your mold of choice. I used 8 mini bread loaf molds.
Now we freeze the dough! With whatever mold you use, make sure to press the dough down firmly. Once the dough is pressed down firmly, place them into the freezer.
In the same food processor (you don't need to clean it), add the chocolate protein, cocoa and milk (or coconut cream)
Pulse together until it forms a batter.
Pull out the other dough from the freezer and press down the chocolate dough on top (divide evenly if you're not using one mold)
Pop back in the freezer until you're ready to eat one!

** These are best kept in the freezer but before you would like one, let it sit on the counter for 10-15 minutes before enjoying!
