Vegan Cookies n Cream Cookies

Made with simple ingredients, these Vegan Cookies and Cream Cookies are giant, fluffy, and delicious! The best cookies you’ll ever make!

  • 2 flax eggs 2 tbsp of ground flaxseed plus 5 tbsp of water
  • 1/2 cup vegan butter room temp
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 8-10 Oreos chopped into around 6 pieces each.



  1. Start by making you flax egg. In a small bowl, whisk together the ground flaxseed and water. Let this sit for 5-10 minutes until it thickens.
  2. While the flax egg is thickening, cream together the vegan butter and granulated sugar using an electric mixer.
  3. Add in the flax egg and whisk until combined.
  4. Next, you’ll add the remaining dry ingredients. Turn on your electric mixture to incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet. The dough will be very thick and look a little dry - make sure not to over mix!
  5. Now you’ll add the chopped Oreos and turn on your electric mixer once more. The cream from the Oreo should incorporate itself in the batter and help it combine.


  1. Grab a baking sheet and line it with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
  2. Roughly divide the batter into 6 sections and using your hands, roll each section into a cookie dough ball.
  3. Place each cookie dough ball onto the lined baking sheet. Once all six are done, place the cookie sheet in your refrigerator for 30 minutes to chill.
  4. While the dough is chilling or once the dough has chilled, preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  5. Bake the cookies for 16-18 minutes. Once done, let the cookies cool completely on the baking sheet and enjoy!
