White Chocolate Chai Protein Bites

Made with minimal ingredients, these White Chocolate Chai Protein Bites are vegan, gluten-free, and high in protein for quick breakfasts on-the-go or easy snacks. Make them ahead of time to keep on hand!

  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 serving 25g Chai Turmeric + Maca Clean Lean Protein by Nuzest
  • 1 tsp maca powder *optional
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup vegan white chocolate


  1. Lay a piece of parchment paper on a plate and set it aside.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the cashew butter, almond flour and protein powder.
  3. Once combined, use your hands to divide the mixture into 6 large or 12 small equal bites. Roll the bites in your hands to create a ball form.
  4. Place the balls in your fridge while you melt the chocolate.
  5. To melt the chocolate, place your chocolate in a small bowl and cook on high for 1 minute. Stir and add an optional 1 tsp of coconut oil if your chocolate seems too thick.
  6. Using a utensil, coat the balls in the chocolate until they’re completely coated.
  7. Place them on your parchment lined paper and place the plate in your fridge until set.
