Chocolate Ganache Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 scoop of Probiotic Vanilla Digestive Support Protein by Nuzest
  • 1/2 cup soy milk or any plant-based milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp soy milk


  1. Add the oats, protein, 1/2 cup of milk and salt into a bowl and stir well.

  2. Place the bowl into your fridge while you make the ganache.

  3. Lightly warm the maple syrup and 1 tbsp of milk in a small bowl.

  4. Add in the cacao powder and whisk together.

  5. Pour the mixture over your oats and place it back in the fridge to set - at least 2 hours but overnight is best.

  6. Top with whatever you’d like, I chose to use Suncore cacao nibs and a little more sea salt. Yogurt, nut butter, or fresh fruit would be great too!
