Monkey Bread Muffins

Made with simple ingredients, these Monkey Bread Muffins are a fun twist on a traditional recipe. No-bundt pan required and ready in minutes, they’re perfect for a sweet breakfast, quick snacks, or a tasty dessert!

  • 1 can cinnamon rolls or biscuits
  • 1 tbsp melted butter optional
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar see above for substitutions
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon


  1. Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F. Line 6 muffin tins with cupcake liners and set aside.

  2. Grab two small bowls - in one, melt the butter. In the, other combined the sugar and cinnamon.

  3. Open your cinnamon or biscuit can and cut each roll/biscuit into four pieces. Roll each piece in the butter then into the cinnamon sugar mixture.

  4. Place the dough balls to your 6 lined muffin tins and bake for 12 minutes.

  5. Eat as is or drizzle with coconut butter or a sugar glaze! *directions in blog post above
