  • 3/4 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg *optional
  • 1/8 tsp salt


  1. Put all the ingredients into a sealable container such as a mason jar.
  2. Shake or stir and place the sealed container in the fridge overnight.
