Hormone Healing Cacao Mix

This soothing hormone healing mix is full of childhood nostalgia with an adulthood chocolatey twist!

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Add all the ingredients into a small mason jar and mix. You can easily double or triple this. I definitely did!

Recipe Notes

To make a cup:
Scoop 1 heaping tbsp of the mix and whisk or blend into 8oz of hot dairy-free milk (I like oat or soy) OR cold milk and pour over ice. Both delicious. If you like a little sweetness (hi. Me) I’d add a tap or two of maple syrup to your milk before blending
