Brownie Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Oat Flour
  • 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 1 tbsp Rich Chocolate Nuzest Protein code: thekellykathleen
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1-2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp Cashew Butter I like Georgia Grinders, code: kellyk
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder

Cookie Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Oat Flour
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp Cashew Butter
  • 1-2 tsp Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder


  • You’ll need two smaller bowls to mix the brownie ingredients and cookie ingredients together individually. 
  • Once the brownie ingredients are mixed together, add your mixed cookie ingredients into the same bowl and cook the mixture in the microwave for 75-90 seconds. 75 seconds will give you a really gooey glorious texture while 90 seconds will be like a fully baked cookie.
  • Let it cool for a minute before diving in.
