Brownie Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Oat Flour
  • 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 1 tbsp Rich Chocolate Nuzest Protein code: thekellykathleen
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1-2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp Cashew Butter I like Georgia Grinders, code: kellyk
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder

Cookie Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Oat Flour
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp Cashew Butter
  • 1-2 tsp Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder


  1. You’ll need two smaller bowls to mix the brownie ingredients and cookie ingredients together individually. 

  2. Once the brownie ingredients are mixed together, add your mixed cookie ingredients into the same bowl and cook the mixture in the microwave for 75-90 seconds. 75 seconds will give you a really gooey glorious texture while 90 seconds will be like a fully baked cookie.

  3. Let it cool for a minute before diving in.
