Maple Cashew Coconut Granola

This granola will UP YOUR BREAKFAST GAME!! It's low sugar, gluten-free, vegan and perfect for topping on smoothies, yogurt, fruit or eating out of a huge bowl with some soy milk.

  • 2 cups gluten free oats
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup raw pecans
  • 1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp @nuzest_usa smooth vanilla clean lean protein code: thekellykathleen or maca powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon I probably did closer to 1 1/2 but I love cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds optional
  • Pinch of salt optional
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted


  1. Preheat your oven to 325 and like a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir thoroughly. Pour the mixture onto your baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Do not touch! Let it cool completely before breaking it into chunks.
