3-Minute Chickpea Cookie Dough

This edible cookie dough can be whipped up in minutes and is vegan, gluten and dairy free!

  • 1 can Chickpeas //garbanzo beans
  • 1/4 cup Cashew Butter // I used Georgia Grinders (code: kellyk)
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup alt use sugar or a sugar substitute - use more if you like things sweet!
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4-12 cup Chocolate Chips //I use Hu Kitchen (code: healthyharmony)


  1. Put everything into your food processor expect for the chocolate chips and blend until smooth- about 2 minutes. Once processed, stir in the chocolate and scoop the dough into an airtight container to be placed into the refrigerator until chilled.
