A fruit free and high protein smoothie that will hit the spot EVER time!

  • 3/4 cup Frozen Riced Cauliflower *steamed + frozen for sensitive tummies
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 serving Nuzest Just Natural Protein
  • 1/4 tsp Pumpkin Spice Mix
  • 1 tsp Monk Fruit granules
  • 1 cup Nut Milk


  1. Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Top with something salty, crunchy or just plain delicious!
