Chocolate Coconut Yogurt Bark

Easy, affordable, high in protein and minimal ingredients... this no-bake "recipe" is one for the books!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dairy-Free Yogurt plain or with sugar
  • 1 Chocolate Coconut Freedom Bar or any bar or chocolate
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Flakes
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries frozen or fresh
  • 1 serving Collagen Peptides optional

Instructions

  1. Line a plate, baking dish or sheet pan with parchment paper.

  2. Using a spatula, spread the yogurt out into a thin layer. Crumble the chocolate bar over top before sprinkling the blueberries and coconut in an even layer as well.

  3. Place the yogurt into the freezer for at least an hour to set before breaking it apart into bite sized pieces.

  4. Store the yogurt pieces in an airtight container in the freezer and enjoy!
