Easy, affordable, high in protein and minimal ingredients... this no-bake "recipe" is one for the books!
Line a plate, baking dish or sheet pan with parchment paper.
Using a spatula, spread the yogurt out into a thin layer. Crumble the chocolate bar over top before sprinkling the blueberries and coconut in an even layer as well.
Place the yogurt into the freezer for at least an hour to set before breaking it apart into bite sized pieces.
Store the yogurt pieces in an airtight container in the freezer and enjoy!
