A healthy gluten-free classic banana bread recipe!
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F. Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with baking spray and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk the bananas until nearly completely mashed.
Add in the applesauce, coconut oil, honey and vanilla. Whisk until combined.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and fold them in until just combined. Make sure not to over mix!
Pour the batter into your prepared 9x5 loaf pan and bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted and comes out clean!
Let the bread cool for an hour in the loaf pan before slicing!
Store in an airtight container for unto 3 days on your counter or 7 days in your refrigerator). This break also stores really well frozen. Just slice it up before freezing!
