These gluten-free blondies are the perfect fudgy treat with the added bonus of being veggie filled!
Bake for 20-25 minutes
Preheat to your oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the bananas, cashew butter ans shredded zucchini.
Next, add the rest of the ingredients expect for the chocolate chips and sea salt.
Fold in the chocolate chips before pouring the batter into your greased 8x8 baking dish.
Sprinkle the sea salt on top (if using) before baking the blondies for 20-25 minutes. They should be a little fudgy as they will set up more! I took mine out right at 20 minutes.
