As always, I only recommend products I would fully stand behind. Since Nuzest‘s protein is one of them – I have a code to share with you, my friends. THEKELLYKATHLEEN will save you 15% at checkout. Georgia Grinders nut butter is another company I could not recommend enough. When purchasing, feel free to use code KELLYK to save a percentage as well.

Plus, they only take like a minute to make meaning they’re perfect for meal prep! Personally, I like to make a big batch on the weekends to have easy snacks and quick grab-n-go breakfasts to keep me fueled while I wrangle my little ones.

So, what are you waiting for? I bet you have the ingredients waiting for you in your kitchen RIGHT NOW.
