Treat yourself by making these Vegan Coconut Maple Donuts!
Seriously, you don’t want to miss this recipe. Thanks to my OG fave protein, these donuts are high in protein and made with plant-based ingredients for a perfectly dreamy breakfast or dessert.
Plus, they’re so easy to make! To get started, whisk all the ingredients together, and spoon them into 4-6 generously greased donut molds. Then, bake them for 12 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and let them cool.
In the meantime, whisk together your glaze using a small saucepan over medium-low heat. If you feel like this step is taking awhile, don’t worry! You’re doing it right. To get the glaze perfect, it will take 10-15 minutes. It’s so worth it, though.
Now, add the gooey deliciousness to the top of your donuts (10/10 recommend licking the spoon). I topped mine with a crushed up Emmy’s Organics vanilla cookie, and I highly suggest you do the same. You do you, though. Regardless, enjoy!
