Peanut Butter Protein Cookie
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp organic peanut butter + more for topping
- 1 tbsp probiotic vanilla protein by Nuzest (code: thekellykathleen)
- 4-5 tbsp flour I used chickpea but all-purpose works better!
- 1 tbsp maple-flavored syrup Lakanto (code: kellyk)
- 1 tbsp plant-based milk swap for more maple-flavored syrup if you like things sweet
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Wetting your hands first, create a cookie shape, and optionally use a fork to create the typical crossed lines look on top of the cookie.
- Place on a microwave-safe dish and cook for 30-40 seconds.
