Peanut butter cake with peanut butter frosting… need I say more??

Peanut Butter Mug Cake w/ Peanut Butter Frosting

This cake is a pb lovers DREAM and can be made in under 3 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter I used Georgia Grinders (code: kellyk)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp flour I used organic AP flour
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar I used monk fruit

Peanut butter frosting (not optional)

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp vegan butter melted
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the cake ingredients together and pour into a greased ramekin or mug. Microwave on 70% heat for 1.5 to 2 minutes.

  2. While the cake is cooking, whisk together the frosting ingredients.

  3. Pour the frosting over the cake and devour!
