Orange Chocolate Tahini Fudge

I don’t know why I’ve always been intimidated to make fudge. It was one of those recipes that just seemed so daunting to me. I finally decided it was time to face my fears and boy am I glad! It took me only 30 minutes and was SO easy.

This flavorful fudge is a great base for whatever flavors you’d like. You can easily sub a nut butter for the tahini and vanilla for the orange extract to make a classic chocolate chip cookie dough fudge. Although, I’m pretty smitten with the one that I’ve made. The orange extract give off just a hint of orange flavor. Mixed with the dark chocolate tahini, it is the perfect flavor combination! I hope you enjoy it too!

  • 3/4 cup Soom Chocolate Tahini
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil melted, cooled
  • 4-5 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Orange Extract
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips Optional

  1. Prepare a small pan with parchment paper. I used a loaf pan but you could use whatever dish you like.

  2. In a medium size bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except for the chocolate chips (if using).

  3. Pour the fudge into your prepared dish and spread out evenly. If you;re using the chocolate chips, top the fudge with them and press down slightly.

  4. Freeze for 30 minutes or until set. Cut into 12-16 pieces and enjoy! These are best kept in the freezer.
