GFV

FAT clusters of crunchy granola makes the world go round!! This recipe will become a staple in your household as low sugar granola is pretty much the bees knees 👌 It’s gluten-free, vegan and high in deliciousness! Use it to top fresh/frozen fruit, smoothies, yogurt bowls or whatever you’d like! My favorite way to eat it is in a large bowl with soy milk ☺️

  • 2 cups gluten free oats
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup raw pecans
  • 1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp @nuzest_usa smooth vanilla clean lean protein code: thekellykathleen or maca powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon I probably did closer to 1 1/2 but I love cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds optional
  • Pinch of salt optional
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325 and like a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir thoroughly. Pour the mixture onto your baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Do not touch! Let it cool completely before breaking it into chunks.
