  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1 (25g) serving Vanilla Pea Protein *see above notes
  • 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate


  • In a medium sized bowl, stir together all of the ingredients using a wooden spoon or stiff spatula.
  • Line a dish of your choice (I used a 6×3 baking dish) or using a silicone mold, pour the mixture into it.
  • Place the dish into your freezer to set for at least 1 hour.
  • Once the fudge has firmed, slice and wait about 5 minutes to enjoy!


For storing: Place the fudge in an air tight container and keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in your freezer for up to 2 months. If kept in the freezer, place on your counter for 5-10 minutes before serving.
