I did it! I created a low sugar, creamy, deliciously silky popsicle that only need 3 ingredients and like a nano second of your time. The best part? ALL the glorious health benefits you’ll receive while eating them. *insert all the clapping!*
Since there is only 3 ingredients, you can automatically assume I didn’t add any junk (you’d be right), the popsicles are sweetened with just a touch of honey AND the main ingredient holds so many anti-inflammatory properties. Further Food Turmeric Tonic is the star of the show with these golden milk popsicles and boy, does it SHINE!
I have always been a huge fan of turmeric because of it’s ability to reduce joint pain, aide in accelerated healing and relieve inflammation in the gut but combined with the rich flavors of cinnamon, clove, ginger (and SO many more)… Further Food Turmeric Tonic becomes a warm hug for the soul.
Or just a really freaking healthy and tasty popsicle when combined with some full fat coconut milk plus a dash of honey.

Golden Milk Coconut Popsicles
All you'll need for these anti-inflammatory popsicles is 3-ingredients and 2 minutes of your time!
- 1 can Full Fat Coconut Milk
- 2-3 tbsp Honey
- 2 scoops Further Food Turmeric Tonic
- 1 serving Further Food Collagen Peptides *optional
Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until just combined.
Pour the mixture into your popsicle molds and place the molds into the freezer until the popsicles are set. About 3-6 hours.
Store in the freezer until ready to eat!
