Dirty Chai Bliss Balls

GFHPV

Chai spices, instant coffee, pea protein, almond butter all coated in some white chocolate… need I say more?

No, I don’t need to say more, but I’m going to anyways.

These bliss balls (energy bites, balls of fun, whatever the heck you want to call them) are full of warm flavors, vegan pea protein, maple caramel almond butter and a little extra energy boost in the form of ground espresso or instant coffee. They are pretty much everything you need and more in the form of a pop-able bite-sized snack.

This recipe is a small batch recipe – it only makes about 7 bites – but you can easily double it for a meal prep situation that will last you all week long!
