Dark Chocolate Chunk Tahini Granola

VDF

This vegan and gluten-free granola recipe is made with all oats, raw nuts & seeds, tahini, all natural sugars and dark chocolate bliss.

Who doesn’t love a salty sweet combo?? Especially when there involves a little crunch and simultaneous melt in your mouth action. This granola truly has it all going on!

Here’s what you’ll need to make it:

Old Fashioned Oats – gluten-free if appropriate

Raw Nuts – in this case I used raw cashews and almonds

Seeds – chia and flaxseeds make the best combo but you can use either or

Toasted Coconut Flakes – pretty self explanatory but you can used shredded coconut if you must

Maple Syrup – for a little sweetness and it helps the oats crisp up

Dark Chocolate Tahini – or regular tahini if you want to stay away from refined sugars

Additionally – salt because duh and a chopped up chocolate bar of your choice. I used Hu Kitchen Salty Dark Chocolate because they don’t used any refined sugar.
