Coffee (Mug) Cake 📸
Gluten-Free, Vegan, and ready in about a minute, this Coffee Mug Cake is the easiest way to treat yourself to a delicious breakfast, healthy snack, or satisfying dessert!
- 1/4 cup Oat Flour + 1 Heaping Tbsp
- 1 tbsp Cashew Butter + 1/2 tsp Georgia Grinders code: kellyk
- 2 tbsp Oat Milk
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Ground Flax
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- Pinch of Salt (Optional)
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
- Pinch of Cardamom + Nutmeg (should equal to 1/8th tsp)
In a small bowl, stir together all the ingredients expect the tbsp of oat flour, 1/2 tsp cashew butter, coconut sugar and spices.
Pour it into a greased ramekin or mug.
In the dirty bowl, add the rest of the ingredients. It will be crumby but if it seems really dry, add a splash of milk.
Pour the crumble over the batter and cook in the microwave for 60-70 seconds.
