Perfect for sleepovers, brunches, and everything in between, these Cinnamon Roll Churro Bites are to die for!
The definition of minimal, they’re made with literally four ingredients and take maybe five minutes to prepare. Plus, they leave your home smelling like a bakery.
Pro tip: to have the best morning of your life, have a few (or like ten, no judgment) with your morning coffee. Your tastebuds will thank you.
So, to make the recipe just cut up your favorite cinnamon rolls (I used Annie’s Homegrown) into bite-sized pieces. Then, pop them in the pre-heated oven, bake for 8-10 minutes, and toss them with butter, cinnamon, and sugar. If you like your bites on the crispier side pop them in the oven one more time for 2-3 minutes. Be careful not to burn them! Trust me though, it’s worth the wait.
Want to really treat yourself? Make the glaze that comes with your cinnamon rolls, and serve it on the side or drizzle it over your bites for an incredibly indulgent sweet treat. …You’ll probably want to double the recipe.

Cinnamon Roll Churro Bites
Incredibly indulgent and amazingly easy, these Cinnamon Roll Churro Bites are the perfect balance of sweet sugar and spicy cinnamon in a bite-sized treat.
- 1 Can of your favorite cinnamon rolls, I used Annie's Homegrown
- 2 tbsp Vegan Butter, Optional
- 1 tbsp Sugar, I Used Organic Cane Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 350 degree F.
Open your can of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into bite sized pieces. *My can had eight rolls and I cut each roll into thirds.
Bake the bites for about 8-10 minutes before tossing them in the butter and sprinkling them with the cinnamon and sugar.
To make them crispy and even more delicious, pop them back in the oven under broil for about 2-3 minutes. Watch them carefully!
Toss the glaze that comes with the rolls or save it to serve alongside the bites and have an even more decadent treat. If you don’t eat the whole batch, save the bites in an airtight container and reheat for a few seconds in the microwave. They won’t have the same texture but they’ll be delicious!
