This is one of those recipes that I really can’t call a recipe buuuut I’m going to anyway. Yogurt Bark has been around the block for so long and now that I’m finally making it on the reg, I can really see why.
– It’s easy
– High in protein
– High in satisfaction + Low in calories
– Did I mention it’s easy and high in satisfaction? Those are the only two that really matter anyway mmk?
The ingredients listed below are just a base idea of what you can put in there but really, the world is your oyster. Change out the yogurt type, the berries, the chocolate (I used Chocolate Coconut Freedom Bar, code: ahealthyharmony) the crunch (which in this case is the coconut!), leave in the protein or ditch it… you really can change whatever you please!
See why I can’t really call it a recipe??

Chocolate Coconut Yogurt Bark
Easy, affordable, high in protein and minimal ingredients… this no-bake "recipe" is one for the books!
- 1 cup Dairy-Free Yogurt plain or with sugar
- 1 Chocolate Coconut Freedom Bar or any bar or chocolate
- 1/4 cup Coconut Flakes
- 1/4 cup Blueberries frozen or fresh
- 1 serving Collagen Peptides optional
Line a plate, baking dish or sheet pan with parchment paper.
Using a spatula, spread the yogurt out into a thin layer. Crumble the chocolate bar over top before sprinkling the blueberries and coconut in an even layer as well.
Place the yogurt into the freezer for at least an hour to set before breaking it apart into bite sized pieces.
Store the yogurt pieces in an airtight container in the freezer and enjoy!
