You know how sometimes you want a comforting baked good, but you don’t want all the sweetness that comes with cakes, donuts, etc.?
Enter, this Chai Spiced Pumpkin Bread!
Made with warm spices like cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and nutmeg, it’s the perfect companion to your money cup (or three) of coffee!
As with all my recipes, this is super easy to make. Just preheat your oven, mix your ingredients, and pour ’em into a baking dish. Then, add your toppings – I highly recommend something crunchy! Bake the bread for around 60 minutes, and let it cool completely before slicing. Trust me, it’s worth the wait.
