Could I have made these Bite-Sized Cinnamon Sugar Waffles regular sized? Absolutely. But, everyone knows food tastes better when it’s in miniature version!

Just like regular waffles, but better, this recipe is high in protein, vegan, and completely addictive? The best part? It’s SO easy!

Bite Sized Cinnamon Sugar Waffles with syrup

All you have to do is whisk all your ingredients. Drop the batter on your waffle iron, and cook them to whatever texture you like best. I like mine on the softer side.

Then, add your favorite toppings, and you’re sure to win huge brownie points with your kiddos!

Bite-Sized Cinnamon Sugar Waffles

Just like regular waffles, but cuter and more delicious, these Bite-Sized Cinnamon Sugar Waffles are the perfect high protein breakfast to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Birch Benders Plant Protein Pancake + Waffle Mix or substitute your favorite pancake mix!
  • 1/2 cup Plant-Based Milk
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Sugar or any sugar of your liking
  • 1 tbsp Melted Vegan Butter
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Whisk it all together and drop 1 tbsp dollops of your batter on your greased waffle iron.

  2. Cook until preferred texture. 

  3. I topped mine with more vegan butter, maple syrup and some fresh raspberries + blueberries
