This Healthy Banana Latte Smoothie is packed with nutrient-dense ingredients, filling protein, and caffeine so you can start your day on the right foot!
- 1 Large Banana, Coined and Frozen
- 1/2 cup Cauliflower, Steamed and Frozen
- 1/2 cup Plant-Based Milk
- 1/2 cup Cold Brew Coffee *alternatively use equivalent milk with 2 tsp instant coffee
- 1/2 serving Pea Protein , I like @nuzest_usa Digestive Support Vanilla Probiotic (code: thekellykathleen)
- 1 tbsp Cashew Butter , such as @georgiagrinders (code: kellyk)
- pinch Salt
- pinch Cinnamon
