Spiced Adaptogenic Sweet Potato Fries
These sweet potatoes are coated in a heart healthy anti-inflammatory blend that will support you in your journey to feeling like your best self.
Ingredients
- 2 medium Sweet Potatos sliced into 1/2 inch thickness
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil melted
- 1 scoop Further Foods Turmeric Tonic
Instructions
-
Preheated your oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
-
Whisk the melted coconut oil and the turmeric tonic together before evenly coating the sliced sweet potatoes with the mixture.
-
Place the seasoned sweet potatoes on your prepared baking sheet in an even layer and bake for 45 minutes. Make sure to check them half way through and flip if necessary!
Optional- Sweet Peanut Dipping Sauce
-
I chose to dip mine (read drench) in a peanut butter 'sauce'. I simply mixed 2 tbsp of peanut butter with 1/2 tsp of coconut oil before heating it up in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. Once it became a pour-able consistency, I quickly mixed in 1/2 scoop of the Turmeric Tonic and dipped away!

Love this recipe! Made these fries tonight for the first time and they turned out great. I did not have any turmeric tonic in the house so I just used some turmeric. I also did not have any peanut butter, I’ll try the sauce next time. Can’t wait to make these again!
