Hi there! I’m Kelly, a 20 something wife, and mother that lives in the suburbs of Seattle. If I’m not creating something in the kitchen, I’m usually helping people live healthier and happier lives. In fact, the passion is so strong that I became a student at The Institute of Integrative Nutrition, a certifiable health and wellness school that teaches more than 100 diverse dietary theories spanning from ancient Eastern Traditions to modern Western medicine.
My journey with health and wellness has not always been linear. I have had a roller coaster ride of dealing with anxiety, depression, and disordered eating but because of this, I am more than ever committed to helping others overcome their battles as well. A Healthy Harmony was created to show how easy it can be to turn minimal ingredients into meals that will not only satisfy your hunger cues but comfort your mind as well.
These days, I’m lucky to work with people that are motivated to create a healthier lifestyle through sustainable and simple changes. I have an understanding that nutrition is not just about the food you eat. Exercise, relationships, career, and spirituality all play a vital role in creating a perfectly balanced “plate”. I am a big believer that there is no one perfect diet that works for everyone and hope that A Healthy Harmony can be a place of guidance for everyone.
